HR Manager / HR Business Partner
Location: Siliguri, West Bengal
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and capability)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated HR professional who can take complete ownership of Human Resources and Administration functions within our growing organization.
This is a leadership role with significant responsibility for HR, recruitment, employee performance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building systems, recruiting talent, improving employee performance, strengthening company culture, and supporting long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Employee attendance, leave, and record management.
- Performance monitoring and employee evaluations.
- Employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Creating and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
- Workforce planning and manpower management.
- Training and development of employees.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Building organizational structure and reporting systems.
- Supporting management in improving productivity and accountability across departments.
- Managing both office staff and operations staff.
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, or Organizational Development.
- Experience in trading, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or operations-oriented businesses preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR software.
- MBA (HR) or relevant HR qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with a proven track record of building teams and improving organizational performance will be given preference.
