Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming raw materials, packing materials, and consumables.
- Verify materials against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans, and Invoices.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Issue materials to production as per approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
- Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.
- Prepare stock reports, consumption reports, and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping in the store.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
- Report damaged, excess, or obsolete inventory to management.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Good understanding of GRN, Issue Slip, Stock Register, and Inventory Control.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
- Strong numerical and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BA) or Diploma.
- Certification in Store/Warehouse Management is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,091.63 - ₹32,493.03 per month
