TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
The primary responsibilities for this position would be as follows:
Provide technical support to clients and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
Identify and diagnose technical issues reported by customers
Resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
Assist customers with software installations and Product demonstrations
Coordinating with development team, sales team for resolving the issues.
These issues are escalated to the product group once all other troubleshooting activities have failed to resolve the incident.
Desired Candidate Profile
Freshers with DIPLOMA/BCA/MCA preferred
Should Have Good Knowledge About Computer Systems basics
Customer focus and being attentive.
Good communication skill in English and Hindi.
