Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate operations for our fabric business based in Tiruppur. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in textile industry operations, order coordination, production follow-up, vendor management, planning, and inter-department coordination.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational flow between customers, vendors, processing units, sourcing teams, logistics, and internal departments to support timely execution of orders and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day Head Office operational activities.
- Coordinate with mills, processing units, vendors, and suppliers for smooth order execution.
- Monitor order status, production follow-ups, delivery schedules, and dispatch coordination.
- Work closely with merchandising, sourcing, accounts, logistics, and quality teams.
- Improve operational processes and workflow efficiency.
- Support management in planning, execution, and business operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and service partners.
Required Qualifications
- Management Degree (or) Any Degree.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in textile/fabric industry operations.
- Strong knowledge of fabric processes, sourcing, processing coordination, and supply chain operations.
- Experience in handling Office operations within textile industry.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
