Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and email-related issues within defined SLAs.
- Install and configure antivirus software, security patches, and software updates.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using advanced MS Excel.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT, to ensure timely execution of business requirements.
- Generate periodic and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or any graduate.
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Advanced Excel or Power BI will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, MIS Reporting, or a similar role.
The job location is Rewari and we requires local candidates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
