We are looking for a proactive and technically aware Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities related to research and development projects. The candidate should have knowledge of electronics components, structural materials, and vendor management to support ongoing development activities efficiently.
- Procure electronics components, structural materials, mechanical parts, and R&D consumables as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with the R&D team for technical specifications and procurement planning.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors for electronics, carbon fibre materials, PCBs, and related components.
- Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and inventory data.
- Handle urgent and prototype-based procurement requirements efficiently.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of electronics components.
- Understanding of structural and mechanical materials.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor handling.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and urgent project requirements.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, documentation, and inventory management.
Qualification : Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Aerospace, or related field. Prior experience in procurement or technical sourcing is preferred.
