Service Advisor – Krishna VinFast Raipur (CG)

The Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle service and repair requirements while ensuring a professional and satisfying service experience. The role involves customer interaction, vehicle inspection, job card preparation, repair coordination, and timely vehicle delivery.
Responsibilities
Attend customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate job cards
Explain service recommendations, repair requirements, and estimated costs to customers
Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for timely completion of repairs
Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status
Ensure proper documentation of service and repair activities
Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions
Promote value-added services and maintenance packages
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles with complete customer satisfaction
Maintain service records and follow dealership processes
Coordinate with parts and warranty departments when required
Follow company policies, service standards, and safety procedures
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline
Experience in automobile service operations is preferred
Good knowledge of vehicle service and repair processes
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
Candidates with prior experience in automotive dealership service operations will be preferred.
