Job Summary
Pepa Digital Solutions is looking for a proactive and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, social media management, paid advertising, content strategy, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan, create, and execute social media marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing branding and digital campaign concepts.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
- Create monthly content plans, campaign strategies, and performance reports.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Handle client projects independently and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of branding and content marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics.
- Ability to create marketing strategies and campaign plans.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, Shopify, Wix and AI tools.
- Experience handling lead generation and sales campaigns.
