Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with 1–5 years of experience in the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, building relationships with vendors and clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring successful placements of IT consultants on projects across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Market IT consultants (W2, C2C, and H1B) to implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and recruiting agencies.
- Analyze consultant skills, experience, and project requirements to identify suitable opportunities.
- Negotiate rates, contract terms, and placement agreements with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients and manage the interview process.
- Follow up with vendors and clients regarding consultant submissions and placement status.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants, client requirements, and vendor contacts.
- Track consultant availability, project end dates, and bench status.
- Ensure timely submission of consultants to open requirements.
- Meet monthly and quarterly placement targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and staffing industry practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Bench Sales within the US IT Staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorization types.
- Proven experience working with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job boards and recruiting platforms.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and skill sets.
- Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and applicant tracking tools.
