We are seeking a driven and technically proficient Full Stack Developer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on industry experience to join our development hub in Goa. In this role, you will transition from foundational engineering into a core contributor within a fast-paced, collaborative agile environment. You will work alongside experienced solution architects, product leads, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade software. This position offers a dynamic platform to deepen your full-stack expertise while developing the consulting acumen required to understand business needs and translate them into robust digital solutions.
Your Impact & Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Application Development
- Architecture & Coding: Participate in the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and responsive web applications across both client-side and server-side ecosystems.
- Front-End Engineering: Build intuitive and highly interactive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, or Vue.js), ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Back-End Engineering: Develop robust server-side logic, microservices, and RESTful APIs using standard enterprise frameworks (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, or C#/.NET).
- Database Management: Design optimized data models, write efficient queries, and maintain data integrity across both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) database systems.
2. Code Quality, Security & Optimization
- Testing & Debugging: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- Best Practices: Adhere to and advocate for organizational coding standards, secure coding practices, and design patterns. Actively participate in peer code reviews.
- Version Control & Deployment: Utilize Git workflows for branching and merging, and collaborate with DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
3. Agile Collaboration & Consulting Delivery
- Sprint Execution: Actively engage in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives), taking ownership of assigned modules and delivering them on schedule.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements and wireframes into functional, high-quality technical deliverables.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation for system architecture, API endpoints, and workflow processes to support internal knowledge sharing.
Candidate Profile: Required Qualifications & EligibilityEducation & Academic Foundation
- Degree Criteria: Must hold a B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Note: Non-engineering post-graduates (e.g., M.C.A., M.Sc.) will strictly only be considered in the case of exceptional technical skills, a proven portfolio of complex enterprise projects, or outstanding performance in our technical assessment.
- Academic Record: Strong foundational track record with a strict minimum of 6.5 CGPA (or 65% aggregate) consistently maintained across 10th standard, 12th standard, and graduation/post-graduation.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven, professional experience functioning as a full-stack developer, software engineer, or similar technical role in an agile environment.
Core Technical Competencies
- Front-End Ecosystem: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Proven professional experience with at least one major component-based framework (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js) and state management libraries.
- Back-End Ecosystem: Professional experience with server-side languages and frameworks. Ability to build, consume, and secure RESTful APIs.
- Database Architecture: Practical experience writing optimized SQL queries, designing schemas, and interacting with modern database management systems.
- Developer Tools: Strong command of Git/GitHub/GitLab, modern IDEs, and package managers (npm, yarn).
Soft Skills & Consulting Mindset
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex technical issues, evaluate trade-offs, and implement effective, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical constraints and architectural decisions to both peers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Autonomy & Teamwork: Capable of working independently on complex modules while seamlessly collaborating within a broader cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" Factors)
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and foundational knowledge of containerization (Docker).
- Enterprise Integration: Experience integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, or enterprise software (e.g., HRMIS, CRM platforms).
- Advanced Testing: Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Working Conditions & Location Requirements
- Office Location: Mograsys Technologies Office, Goa.
- Work Model: Strictly on-site (Monday to Saturday).
- Colocation Benefit: Direct, daily collaboration with senior architects and cross-functional teams to accelerate product delivery. Candidates must currently reside in Goa or be prepared to relocate prior to joining.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
