1. Lead Generation & Outbound Prospecting
Conduct high-volume outbound calling to prospective clients and databases to identify new business opportunities.
Utilize various channels (digital leads, referrals, and cold calling) to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Perform initial screenings to assess client needs and preliminary eligibility for various financial products.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Client Engagement
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's financial services to pique interest.
Coordinate and schedule formal meetings or site visits between prospective clients and senior consultants or field sales teams.
Manage a daily calendar to ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates from "lead" to "meeting."
3. Lead Conversion & Relationship Management
Consult with prospective borrowers to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Persuade and convert qualified leads into active applications through professional negotiation and expert product knowledge.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring a seamless transition from interest to application.
4. Documentation & Compliance Coordination
Facilitate the collection of all necessary "Know Your Customer" (KYC) documents, financial statements, and legal paperwork required for the loan application.
Conduct a preliminary review of all documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with institutional guidelines before submission.
Liaise between the client and the credit department to resolve any documentation queries or discrepancies.
5. Operations Support & Disbursement Facilitation
Track the status of loan files through various stages of the approval process (Login, Sanction, and Documentation).
Coordinate with the operations and backend teams to expedite file processing and meet strict deadlines.
Ensure all post-sanction formalities are completed to facilitate the timely disbursement of funds to the client.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
