We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support business development and lead generation activities for E-Waste business. The role involves telecalling, lead generation, client coordination, data mining, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calling, LinkedIn, and online research
- Connect with corporate clients and key decision-makers
- Handle inside sales activities and client follow-ups
- Maintain customer database and sales reports
- Coordinate meetings, proposals, and sales documentation
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / B2B Sales
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and online research
- Experience in telecalling and client handling preferred
- Target-oriented and proactive approach toward sales activities
Pay: ₹12,196.17 - ₹28,000.00 per month
