Tiara Infrastructure Ltd. is embarking on a major digital transformation journey and is looking for an experienced ERP Consultant or ERP Consulting Agency to help us select, implement, and successfully deploy the right ERP solution across our organisation. We are a leading company in Foundation Engineering, Piling, Sheet Piling, Ground Improvement, Construction Equipment Rental, and Heavy Machinery Trading, with operations across multiple locations in India. Scope of Work ✔ Study and map our existing business processes ✔ Conduct Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) ✔ Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) & Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) ✔ Evaluate and recommend the most suitable ERP solution (SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, ERPNext, or equivalent) ✔ Manage ERP vendor evaluation and selection ✔ Lead end-to-end ERP implementation ✔ Data migration and system integration ✔ User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ✔ Employee training and change management ✔ Go-Live support and post-implementation optimisation Functional Areas CRM & Sales Tendering & Estimation Project Management Equipment Rental Management Procurement & Purchase Inventory & Stores Workshop & Maintenance HR & Payroll Finance & AccountingGST & Statutory Compliance Multi-Branch Operations Management Dashboards & MIS Preferred Experience Minimum 10+ years in ERP consulting Proven experience delivering ERP projects for Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, or Equipment Rental companies Experience with multiple ERP platforms—not limited to a single product Strong business process improvement and project management expertise
