Virat Feeds Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced and target-driven Sales Professionals from the Feed, Animal Nutrition, Poultry Feed, Cattle Feed, Dairy Feed, Veterinary, Agro, or FMCG industries.
We are looking for candidates who already have strong market exposure, dealer networks, and field sales experience in North India. The role involves dealer development, distributor handling, market expansion, and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Appoint and manage dealers/distributors in assigned territories
- Increase sales volume and market penetration
- Handle B2B sales in poultry, cattle feed, and animal nutrition segments
- Regular visits to dealers, farms, retailers, and distributors
- Develop strong relationships with key customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely payment collection and customer support
- Prepare daily sales and market reports
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Feed / Agro / Animal Nutrition / FMCG Sales
- Strong dealer and distributor network preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Experience in Poultry Feed, Cattle Feed, Dairy Feed, Veterinary Products, or Agro products will be an advantage.
