- Establishes the company wage and salary structure.
- To develop incentive plans with measurable units of output.
- Payroll Management & Admin.
- Statutory and Regulatory.
- Reviewing budget and managing expenditure.
- Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
- Negotiating price, Check quality and delivery; Checking and approving admin / facility related invoices.
- Liasoning and Coordination.
- Health, Safety, environment and Security management
- Manage Building and Grounds General Maintenance and Cleaning
