* Manage and lead the inside sales function to achieve sales targets.
* Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online channels.
* Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
* Coordinate with the field sales team for customer visits and order closures.
* Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders.
* Ensure timely order processing and customer support.
* Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
* Conduct regular follow-ups for pending orders and payments.
* Analyze sales performance and submit reports to management.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
