Job Summary
Sharvil Essential Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to expand the market presence of our cleaning and hygiene products under the MR. SOAP brand.
The candidate should have experience in generating sales through B2B, B2C, and B2D (Business-to-Distributor) channels and should be capable of independently handling field sales, customer acquisition, and dealer/distributor development.
Freshers are strictly not eligible.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business through B2B, B2C, and B2D sales.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, and institutional customers.
- Visit potential customers regularly to promote company products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers as per company policy.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Travel within assigned territories as required.
Eligibility
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
- Freshers are NOT allowed to apply.
- Experience in Field Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets independently.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
