Job Title: Recruiter
Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our HR_DWS department. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of the hiring process. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through online job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to attract top talent
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
