Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing authentic tandoori dishes, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth operations of the tandoor section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tandoori breads, kebabs, tikkas, and other tandoor specialties
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control
- Manage daily operations of the tandoor section
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Follow kitchen SOPs and quality standards
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques
- Expertise in preparing Indian tandoori cuisine
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and food presentation skills
- Teamwork and time management abilities
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
- 2–6 years of experience as a Tandoor Chef
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, or banquet kitchens
- Knowledge of North Indian and Mughlai cuisine
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
