We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist to work remotely as an independent contractor and help grow our online business through digital marketing, advertising, SEO, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness.
* Plan, manage and optimise Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display).
* Create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Display).
* Grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms.
* Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns and promotional content.
* Conduct keyword research for Amazon, Google and website SEO.
* Improve website SEO, including on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
* Increase organic website traffic through content marketing and search optimisation.
* Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve sales and market visibility.
* Monitor campaign performance and continually optimise for the best return on investment.
* Analyse marketing data using Google Analytics, Search Console and other reporting tools.
* Work with our graphic designer to produce high-converting marketing creatives.
* Plan email marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies.
* Identify new opportunities to grow sales across digital channels.
* Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools and e-commerce best practices.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in digital marketing for an e-commerce business.
* Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads.
* Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
* Solid understanding of SEO and keyword research.
* Experience growing Instagram and TikTok accounts through both organic and paid marketing.
* Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and similar marketing tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
* A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Preferred Experience
* Shopify or WooCommerce.
* Amazon Seller Central.
* Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
* Email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
* Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* AI marketing tools and automation.
