Mercara Gold Coffee Estate is pioneer in Coffee tourism at Coorg. Visitors experience an immersive tour of the estate with coffee, spices and cacao production. The facilities also include a roasting plant, coffee museum, chocolate experience centre, cafe and a retail store.
We have now added a beautiful restaurant set in the midst of the estate called The Heritage Table, Coorg and we serve Kodava and regional cuisines to the guests.
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Manager for this operation. The manager will be responsible for all day to day operations including sales development, team building, training, maintaining sales and administration records, guest service and feedback.
The profile will work closely with the Chef to develop concepts and implement for enhancing the style and sales of the restaurant.
The profile will be from the F&B background with hotel and restaurant operations experience of at least 10 years. Package will be commensurate to the experience and there will be sales incentives and performance bonus.
