Job Description
- Supervise daily production and fabrication activities to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Monitor production schedules and optimize manpower and machine utilization.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Review technical drawings and fabrication requirements using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with design, planning, quality, and maintenance teams for seamless operations.
- Monitor material availability and report shortages to the concerned departments.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Train and guide shop-floor personnel to achieve operational excellence.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in production supervision, fabrication, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
