Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling.
- Client Consultation: Assess client needs, deliver compelling product presentations, and recommend the best solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Address client concerns, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and finalize sales to meet revenue targets.
- Account Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and account expansion.
- Pipeline Management: Track all prospect interactions, lead statuses, and sales forecasts using CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho.
Essential Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, combined with active listening skills to understand client pain points.
- Resilience: Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Commercial Awareness: A strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and industry pricing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant commercial field.
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, business development, or account management.
- Licensing: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites are often required depending on the role.
Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹42,466.74 per month
