JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecaller with prior mutual fund industry experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating interest in our mutual fund products, converting leads into demos, and achieving monthly demo targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to leads/prospects to pitch the SAAS product
- Convert leads into successful demos and achieve assigned monthly targets
- Follow up consistently with warm leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/call logs
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for documentation and event related calling
- Stay updated on mutual fund schemes, market trends, and basic regulatory requirements (SEBI/AMFI guidelines)
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the Mutual Fund/BFSI/Financial Services industry.
- Proven experience in outbound sales and lead conversion
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory); knowledge of an additional regional language (e.g., Marathi/Gujarati) will be an added advantage
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of mutual fund products and investment concepts preferred
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
