Job Responsibilities:
Contact prospective students using the provided database (leads).
Explain and promote Acadment’s online and distance learning courses.
Understand students’ needs and suggest suitable courses.
Counsel and guide students regarding course details, fees, and benefits.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and counselling.
Ability to handle objections and close admissions.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Basic computer knowledge .
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
