The Team Lead – Quality Assurance is responsible for supervising a team of Quality Assurance Processors to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of property inspection reports. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence. The Team Lead will oversee daily workflow, coach team members, collaborate with field inspectors & US stakeholders, and ensure compliance with client guidelines and organizational standards.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Quality Assurance Processors to achieve quality and productivity targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify skill gaps.
- Manage daily work allocation, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high‑performance team culture.
Quality Oversight
- Review escalated inspection reports, photographs, sketches, and RCT data for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure team adherence to client guidelines, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.
- Identify recurring errors and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain audit records and track quality metrics.
Process Improvement
- Analyze workflow patterns and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine processes and tools.
- Support implementation of new guidelines, systems, or client requirements.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field inspectors regarding escalations or clarifications.
- Communicate updates, changes, and expectations clearly to the team.
- Coordinate with training teams to ensure continuous learning and development.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, data security standards, and client expectations.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance, quality trends, and operational challenges.
- Support audits and client reviews as needed.
