An English teacher is responsible for helping students develop skills in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension. They create lesson plans, assess student progress, and foster a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, literature, and writing skills
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and class participation
- Provide feedback and support to help students improve
- Encourage critical thinking and communication skills
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive atmosphere
- Prepare teaching materials and use modern teaching methods (digital tools, activities)
- Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress
- Participate in school meetings, events, and professional development

Qualifications
