Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and General Manager to oversee overall operations of our motor manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of production, purchase, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day factory operations
- Handle production planning and execution
- Control purchase, vendor development, and cost reduction
- Monitor quality, dispatch, and delivery timelines
- Lead and manage team performance
- Coordinate with management for business growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–15 years experience in motor / engineering industry
- Strong knowledge in motor manufacturing process
- Experience in vendor management and cost control
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Preferred qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical
