Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Professor to teach Marketing Management and Business Communication to MBA students. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging classroom sessions while mentoring students for academic and professional success.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Marketing subjects such as:
- Principles of Marketing
- Consumer Behaviour
- Digital Marketing
- Sales & Distribution Management
- Brand Management
- Marketing Research
- Teach Business Communication, including:
- Professional Communication
- Business Writing
- Presentation Skills
- Corporate Communication
- Interview & GD Preparation
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance.
- Mentor students for internships, placements, and career development.
- Participate in departmental activities, seminars, workshops, and academic events.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with university norms.
Required Qualifications
- MBA with specialization in Marketing.
- Preference for NET/SET/Ph.D. qualified candidates.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (Freshers with excellent academics may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of Marketing concepts and Business Communication.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.

- Interactive teaching methodology.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Student mentoring and counselling.
- Industry exposure will be an added advantage.
- Ability to conduct workshops on communication and employability skills.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
Working Hours - 8:00 AM – 1:45 PM
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
