Location: Mohali (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Interview Mode: In-Person (Face-to-Face)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms
Prepare customized proposals and cover letters
Communicate with clients and understand project requirements
Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities
Coordinate with the technical team for project estimation and delivery
Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
Requirements:
Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of proposal writing and client handling
Ability to generate quality leads and close deals
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
