Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the interior design industry
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture installation techniques and processes
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation of modular furniture at various project sites
- Ensure that the installation is carried out according to design specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of the project
- Manage and lead a team of site technicians
- Monitor the progress of the installation and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate documentation of the installation process and materials used
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
