Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Relationship Manager to join our stock broking team. The role involves contacting potential clients to inform them about investment opportunities, demat account opening, and trading services offered by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients based on provided leads.
- Explain stock market services, trading platforms, and investment benefits.
- Assist customers with the account opening process (demat account).
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospects.
- Educate clients on basic investment options and market-related products.
- Handle client queries professionally and promptly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to lead generation and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of communications.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Telugu].
- Basic knowledge of financial markets or willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections.
- Computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Minimum graduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in telecalling / Relationship Manager /sales (preferably in finance) is an advantage.
