Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations maximize value from enterprise technologies across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations. As an Oracle Cloud Integration Consultant within Managed Services, you will support the design, development, and ongoing management of integration solutions that connect Oracle Cloud applications with enterprise and third-party systems. Working with experienced advisors and technical specialists, you will help deliver scalable solutions, support reliable data movement across platforms, and contribute to operational improvement and business transformation through managed services delivery.
Level: Analyst or equivalent
As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Analyst, Managed Services on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and supporting Oracle Integration Cloud integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and enterprise or third-party systems
- Building and maintaining inbound and outbound integration flows using Representational State Transfer services, Simple Object Access Protocol services, BI Publisher extracts, and File-Based Data Import processes for Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud
- Using Structured Query Language, Procedural Language/Structured Query Language, XML Schema Definition, Web Services Description Language, and Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations to support data movement, transformation, and interface development
- Monitoring, debugging, migrating, and optimizing integrations, including large-file handling, encryption and decryption in File Transfer Protocol environments, and issue resolution
- Providing production support across incident, problem, and enhancement management activities, including queue monitoring, ticket updates, service-level agreement tracking, and coordination with stakeholders and delivery teams

Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 2-3 years of experience designing, developing, or supporting Oracle Integration Cloud integrations
- Experience designing and developing Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud integrations using Representational State Transfer services, Simple Object Access Protocol services, and File-Based Data Import uploads
- Experience extracting Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud data using BI Publisher reports within Oracle Integration Cloud
- Experience providing technical development support for inbound and outbound Oracle Integration Cloud integrations
- Experience with Structured Query Language, Procedural Language/Structured Query Language, XML Schema Definition, Web Services Description Language, Simple Object Access Protocol services, Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations, and Representational State Transfer services
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud monitoring, debugging, migration, large-file handling, and encryption or decryption in File Transfer Protocol environments
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder and Oracle Integration Cloud customizations
- Experience supporting Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management, or third-party application integrations
- Experience with information technology service management processes, including incident, problem, and enhancement management
- Experience providing production support, including queue monitoring, ticket management, service-level agreement tracking, and issue resolution
