A Relationship Executive is responsible for maintaining good relationships with clients, providing customer support, handling client communications, and ensuring client satisfaction with company services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Explain company services and provide proper client support.
- Handle client enquiries and respond professionally.
- Fix appointments and coordinate meetings with clients.
- Perform regular follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain records of client details and communication history.
- Coordinate with internal departments for client requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification
- Any Degree preferred.

Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, client handling, or relationship management.
