Position: Junior Maintenance Engineer
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the maintenance and operation of hotel facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and safety systems. Ensures all equipment functions properly to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for maintenance issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical faults.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and complaints.
- Monitor generators, pumps, boilers, water treatment systems, and other utility equipment.
- Assist in maintaining fire alarm, emergency lighting, and safety systems.
- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and equipment records.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.
- Support energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or related Engineering field.
- candidates with 5–7 years of maintenance experience can apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
