Role Description
The Recruitment Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews. The Recruitment Trainee will assist senior recruiters with job postings, database management, and communication with candidates and hiring managers. Day-to-day activities include learning structured hiring practices, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and contributing to hiring projects across various roles and functions. The role also offers exposure to recruitment training, interview coordination, and practical people operations tasks under guidance from experienced team members.
Qualifications
· Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring, with a strong interest in end-to-end recruitment processes.
· Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Training, including the ability to support interview coordination and learn recruitment best practices.
· Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting in Noida and demonstrate a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
· Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior internship or exposure to recruitment or HR is an advantage.
