Ø To achieve the given target in terms of admissions, KRAs and Revenues
Ø To ensure 100% Doctor Coverage as per the Standard Visiting Drs List
Ø To ensure the coverage of all Local and Out Station Markets as per the assigned time frame
Ø To promote all strategies/Plans given by the immediate Supervisor/Organization .
Ø To ensure the smooth and satisfactory services to all patients admitted through the referral Drs
Ø To conduct CMEs/Health Talks/Dinner Meets/ Medical and Health screening Camps to promote both our Consultants and Organization
Ø To adhere to the instructions given by immediate supervisor in all administrative returns
Ø To ensure Timely submission of Monthly reports, Daily Reports and meeting formats
Ø To participate in Business meets/Symposiums/summits to expose the brand image of the organization
Ø To come out with new thoughts and ideas to promote both Consultants and Organization to increase business.
Ø To gather the competitive information as and when require for the HOD/organization
Ø To keep close watch on other corporate hospitals activities and inform the same to HOD for the betterment of the organization
Ø To update the immediate supervisor on day to day basis about the business and competition to frame suitable plans to tackle the market needs.
Ø To assist and Coordinate with the immediate supervisor/ HOD on day to day job requirements
Ø To accept and implement any other responsibilities given by immediate supervisor/HOD/Organization as deemed fit on day to day basis.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
