Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and professional CRM Executive with strong International Client Servicing experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills and have prior experience handling overseas clients, customer relationships, account management, and service coordination.
The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, ensuring seamless communication, prompt issue resolution, and a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Handle end-to-end client servicing activities for assigned customer accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers regarding inquiries, orders, shipments, and support requirements.
- Coordinate with clients across Dubai, the Middle East, Africa, and other international markets.
- Handle customer communication through emails, phone calls, video meetings, and other professional channels.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns, complaints, and service requests.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, shipments, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Logistics, Accounts, and Production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, communication history, and account details within CRM systems.
- Generate CRM reports, MIS reports, customer feedback reports, and service performance reports.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to improve client experience.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and support customer retention efforts.
- Maintain professional business correspondence and ensure prompt responses to customer communications.
- Support the sales team with customer coordination and account management activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CRM, Client Servicing, Customer Relationship Management, International Customer Support, or Account Management.
- Experience handling international clients is mandatory.
- Experience in publishing, export, international trade, education, manufacturing, or related industries will be preferred.
- Proven experience managing customer accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships.
