As a Senior Customer Relationship Executive-CS, you are fully responsible for planning & execution of all Senior CRE activities to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- Provide basic information about products and services offered by Mercedes-Benz dealer in their respective area
- Responsible for bringing and retaining the after-sales business with dealership.
- Responsible to remind customer about the periodic maintenance and facilitate his visit to dealership through service booking.
- List the details of all the prospects who intent to buy Mercedes-Benz products or services.
- Capture customers’ feedback and co-ordinate with seniors for resolution of customer complaints.
- Ensure the customer satisfaction for future retention and business
