Food and beverage (F&B) service roles manage the entire guest dining experience from the moment people arrive until they depart. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and serving orders, maintaining service areas, processing payments, and ensuring that hygiene and quality standards are met at all times. The responsibilities vary based on whether the role is entry-level, supervisory, or focused on management:1. Frontline Service Roles (Waiters, F&B Associates, Hosts)These workers are the face of the establishment, focusing heavily on guest interaction and day-to-day operations.
- Setup & Preparation: Complete mise-en-place by polishing glassware, silverware, and chinaware, and setting up tables prior to service.
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests, present menus, and offer recommendations or wine pairings.
- Order Processing: Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Upselling: Actively suggest daily specials, appetizers, and premium beverages to elevate the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Payment & Closure: Present bills, process payments securely, and thank guests upon departure
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
