Job Title: Cost Estimator

Job Description: Our established company providing estimating services is growing its clientele, and we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction project management, and be organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and driven. We are offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review and assess cost estimates.
- Identify labour, material, costs and time requirements by researching proposals, blueprints, and any related documents.
- Prepare detailed cost estimate reports.
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
- Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in construction estimating.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates.
- Strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency with MS office 365.
- Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Impeccable problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
