About the Role
PEXA is looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Recruitment Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of recruiters responsible for onboarding Doorwash Partners across India. This is a sales-focused leadership role where success is measured by partner conversions, team performance, and revenue generation through partner enrollments.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales management experience, excellent team leadership skills, and the ability to motivate recruiters to consistently achieve conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and supervise a team of recruiters responsible for Doorwash Partner acquisition.
- Drive recruiter productivity, lead conversion rates, and partner onboarding targets.
- Develop sales strategies and scripts to improve recruiter performance and conversion ratios.
- Monitor daily recruiter activities, calls, follow-ups, and enrollment metrics.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Ensure partners clearly understand the PEXA business model, kit purchase process, and earning opportunities.
- Work closely with management to develop growth plans and expansion strategies.
- Maintain accurate reporting of recruiter and onboarding performance.
