Customer Relationship Management
Job Summary:
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining customer databases, handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and marketing activities through effective customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Customer Communication
- Contact customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and service requests.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback.
Sales Support
- Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
- Track sales opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM software.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through customer retention and repeat business.
Data Management & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Analyze customer data and identify business opportunities.
- Monitor customer retention and engagement metrics.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
