We're Hiring – Interior Design Junior Associate
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Interior Design Senior Associate to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the design field and work alongside experienced professionals to bring beautiful interiors to life.
Key Role:
Support senior designers in developing and executing design projects that reflect client visions with precision and creativity.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead end-to-end design for commercial and luxury interior projects.
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into conceptual and technical designs.
- Prepare space planning, mood boards, 3D visuals, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise design execution on-site and ensure quality control.
- Source materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring design integrity and cost efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines and budgets.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and interns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices
