Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled MIS Executive to manage warehouse operations data, prepare MIS reports, coordinate with teams, and provide timely reports to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports.
- Collect, verify, and update warehouse operational data.
- Make daily follow-up calls to warehouse staff, vendors, and clients.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.
- Share reports and updates with clients and management.
- Monitor pending activities and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support warehouse operations through data analysis and reporting.
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, MIS Reporting).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and data management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Management, Warehouse, or Logistics Operations.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
