Valath Jewllery – a group company in Richmax Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead and manage our jewellery showroom operations of our Colachel Showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery showroom management, sales leadership, customer relationship management, and team handling.
The Showroom Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations, achieving sales targets, delivering an excellent customer experience, and leading the showroom team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the showroom sales team.
- Drive showroom sales and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Monitor sales performance and take necessary initiatives to improve results.
- Ensure proper display, presentation, and maintenance of jewellery products.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance, stock requirements, and operational matters.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and security requirements.
- Monitor showroom stock and coordinate with the concerned departments for inventory-related requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in a jewellery showroom.
- Previous experience in a Showroom Manager, Assistant Showroom Manager, Floor Manager, or similar leadership role will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery showroom sales and operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and improve showroom performance.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers, employees, and operational responsibilities efficiently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
