We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to generate business opportunities and drive property sales through direct sourcing, channel partners, brokers, and client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers/investors, managing lead generation activities, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for residential and commercial real estate projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents
- Source potential clients through networking, references, campaigns, and market activities
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for clients
- Coordinate with sales teams to close deals
- Maintain customer and broker databases
- Track market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospects and channel partners
- Prepare sourcing reports and MIS updates
