Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta advertising and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and digital marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Manage business assets, pages, and ad accounts through Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI, CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Google Sheets.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and creatives.
- Track campaign performance and ensure proper implementation of marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising features, policies, and best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables, reporting).
- Experience with Google Ads is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Experience with lead generation, sales, traffic, and awareness campaigns will be an advantage.
