Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and production projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate should have strong project coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage interior fit-out projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, production teams, vendors, and site supervisors.
- Ensure quality standards and timely project delivery.
- Resolve site and execution-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in interior project management.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution and production processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Operations management experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or similar project management tools is preferred.
