About the Role
Amrin Fashion Pvt Ltd is hiring an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist for our ethnic & traditional wear store in Vadodara. The ideal candidate is passionate about Indian fashion, delivers outstanding in-store customer experiences, and is driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive in-store sales of ethnic & traditional wear (sarees, suits, lehengas, kurtas etc.)
- Deliver personalized customer service and exceptional shopping experiences
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products
- Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation standards
- Build customer loyalty through follow-ups and relationship management
- Coordinate with merchandising and inventory teams
- Maintain daily sales records and report
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of retail sales experience (fashion/apparel preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus)
- Passion for ethnic and traditional Indian fashion
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business
